Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 29 children in care with a total of 7 staff members assigned to their direct supervision. During the inspection all children were napping. For lunch earlier in the day the children were served chicken chili, bread, pears, broccoli, and milk.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, children's nutrition, medications, emergency preparedness, children's medication records, the physical plant, and staff training.

Based on a review of staff records, it was determined that one staff person did not submit a TB screening that was completed within 30 day prior to hire. Evidence: Staff C began employment on 7/25/2022. Her TB screening was completed on 8/24/2021.
Plan of Correction:
I will ask her to get a new TB screening done this week.
