A monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/15/2022 at approximately 11:45am and concluded on 07/19/2022. A face to face inspection was completed at the home and staff and children?s records were sent via email. There were five children present and three staff with a total of 14 points. Children were observed during free play prior to having lunch. The Inspector reviewed five children?s records and three caregiver records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
