An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted on 7/22/19 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division . Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations of supervision and diapering. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
