Comments:
An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted on 3/9/20 in response to a complaint that was received on 3/6/2020. Interviews were conducted with coordination with local CPS of the facility's staff relating to allegations of behavioral guidance, forbidden actions, care and protection. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
