An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 10:40am through 11:40am with the provider on site. There were 8 children (28 points) with the provider and two assistants. A sample of 5 children's files and 3 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. Interactions between the children and caregivers were positive. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed.
