Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed crib distance with the director.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:50pm-1:50pm. There were 24 children in the direct care and supervision of 10 staff. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 4 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping and playing. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Based on observation, hazardous substances were not kept in a locked place.
