A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on October 28, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements This on-site visit was conducted from 1:40 p.m. through 2:50 p.m. There were four children in the care of the provider for a total of six points. Four children's records and the record or the provider was reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at the present.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found
Areas observed were: emergency supplies, napping of children, arrival of one child, and hand washing/bathroom procedures.
