The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on September regarding allegations of programs and special services. The inspection was initiated on October 13, 2020 and completed on December 08, 2020. The inspector conducted virtual Interviews with staff and collateral, reviewed documentation, and obtain pertinent information during this complaint inspection.The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
