A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/15/19 from 9:25am - 11:10am. During the inspection there were 45 children ages eleven months old through five years old in care with nine staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classrooms during the inspection. Records were reviewed for five children and five staff during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
