An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-12:00pm. There were 8 children (21 points) supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 2 staff records, 8 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed engaging freely doing puzzles and coloring. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
