A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on February 13, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 12:15 pm and ended at 1:45pm. There were 3 caregivers with 8 children at the time of the visit. At the start of
the inspection, children were observed eating, preparing for nap, and sleeping. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and fire drill log was reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There was no medication on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
