The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 11:50am to 1:20pm. Today, there were five children in care, totaling 10 points with one caregiver. The children were observed resting on cots, mats and cribs. Previous inspections were attempted on 07/25/2019 and 07/26/2019. The required posting were observed.
The provider does not administer medication
The provider does provide transportation. The SUV was inspected.
The provider has one pet.
Five children?s records, one caregivers? record and three household records were reviewed during the inspection.
The first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.
