Technical assistance was offered related to: Infant bottles and high chairs.
Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 8/3/22. There were 10 children (27 points) present, with 2 staff supervising. The children were observed playing with blocks, drawing on white boards and eating snack. Handwashing was observed prior to eating. 3 children's records, 2 staff records and 1 household member record was reviewed. The family day home's emergency drill records and attendance were current. There were no medications on site. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review, children's records did not have complete information. Evidence: Child # 1's record was missing the medical insurance policy number, an annual update was not completed since May 2021.
