An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed 1/10/2020. There were six children present with the provider and an assistant supervising.The point total was 16. Four newly enrolled children's records, the provider's record, two assistant's records, and one household member's record were reviewed. The inspector arrived at the provider's home at 11:50 am and departed at 1:30 pm.
