A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 1/10/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed 1/10/2020. There were six children present with the provider and an assistant supervising.The point total was 16. Four newly enrolled children's records, the provider's record, two assistant's records, and one household member's record were reviewed. The inspector arrived at the provider's home at 11:50 am and departed at 1:30 pm.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
