A complaint inspection was conducted with the director on December 28, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 12:10 p.m. The inspection was conducted to investigation allegations related to building or facility maintenance. Staff interviews were conducted. Facility documentation was reviewed. The allegations were determined to be valid.

Based on observation and staff interviews, the vendor did not ensure that all areas inside the occupied by children were maintained at a temperature no lower thank 68 degrees. Evidence: The hall way and bathroom areas of the facility were below 68 degrees. The thermostat displayed a temperature of 66 degrees.
