Comments:
An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the director staff member on December 28, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and ending at 12:10 p.m. There were 12 children, ages 3 months through 3 years old, in care of two staff during the inspection. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys and games. Infants were observed interacting with their caregivers. One child was observed eating breakfast brought from home. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. Facility policies and procedures were reviewed and in compliance.

Evidence: In the infant room, the power cord to the portable sink was on the floor away from the wall, accessible to children, and creating a tripping/safety hazard.
