The licensing inspector conducted an announced non-mandated modification inspection at the center on dates 03/23/2021 and 04/01/2021, for a change in location. All areas of the facility including classrooms, bathrooms, hallways, the multi-purpose room, storage areas and playground areas were inspected to ensure licensing standards are being met. Rooms to be used by children were calculated for maximum capacity of 78 children; 61 children in the main building and 17 children in the modular building. During the modification inspection, the facility was observed to be well laid out and filled with equipment for children. The classrooms have age-appropriate materials as well as tables, chairs, and other items for the children to use. The licensing inspector reviewed the occupancy, fire inspection, health inspection, and required posted documentation. At this time, the licensing inspector recommends approving the modification request. The facility has submitted all of the required application materials at this time. The ages served will be 1 month to 12 years, 11 months. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
