An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 30, 2024 between the hours of approximately 2:20 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. There were 9 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 24 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, and attendance were observed during this inspection.
