A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/17/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 11:30 am. There were 5 children in care for a total of 14 points with two caregivers. The children were observed playing with toys and watching cartoons. Two caregiver?s records, three household member's records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
