A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/19/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival at 7:50 AM there were a total of 69 children ages 2-5 years old and 12 staff members present. Staff-to-child ratios were met in each group of children. Licensing Inspector reviewed staff, children and medication/allergy care plan records during today?s inspection. Children were observed during rest/sleeping activity, bathroom/hand washing procedures, snack/meal served, group and self-initiated activities.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Inspection ended at 11: 30 AM
