Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director on February 8, 2024, beginning a 12:00 p.m. and ending at 2:16 p.m. There were 42 children, ages 5 months through 5 years old, in the direct care of 7 staff members. The children were observed laying and sleeping on cots during nap time. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications and allergy care plans to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 1/19/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 10/19/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 3/6/2023. The most recent health inspection was dated 8/22/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 12/19/2022.

Based on a review of documentation, the facility failed to provide the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction. Evidence: The most recent fire inspection was dated December 19, 2022.
