This investigation was conducted by using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced investigation was conducted on 7/30/20 in response to a complaint received on 7/28/20. Interviews conducted, records reviewed, and observations made through photo documentation submitted by management. Based upon the preponderance of evidence the complaint is deemed not valid.
