This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the home was not conducted however, a portion of the investigation included a virtual component which allowed the inspector to observe needed areas of the facility.
An unannounced investigation was conducted 11/5/20-11/16/20 in response to a complaint received. Interviews conducted and observations made. Based upon a preponderance of evidence the allegations have been deemed not valid. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@dss.virginia.gov
