This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection was not conducted.
An unannounced investigation was conducted 11/16/20-11/17/20 in response to a complaint received. Interviews conducted and records reviewed. Based upon a preponderance of evidence the allegations have been deemed not valid. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@dss.virginia.gov
