Comments:
A mandated Renewal inspection was conducted today, 1/7/2020. There were 9 children present (34 points) with 3 caregivers. Children were observed napping, being held while bottle fed, having tummy time, and building with legos. Reviewed 3 children's files, 3 staff files and 1 resident file, emergency evacuation plan and log, menus, attendance, and physical plant. Based on observation, potentially poisonous substances, materials and supplies such as, but not limited to, cleaning agents, and disinfectants were not stored inaccessible to children. Evidence: Clorox disinfectant wipes were stored in an unlocked cabinet under the sink in the children's bathroom, which is accessible to children.
Plan of Correction:
This violation was corrected at the time of inspection by the provider removing the items and storing them inaccessible to children.
