Comments:
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted from 10:45am-12:15pm. There were 25 children in the direct care and supervision of 6 staff and 4 co-op parents. A sample size of 3 children's records, 4 staff records, 1 emergency medication, evacuation drills, emergency materials, the first aid kit, the playground, and the physical plant were reviewed. Board Members background checks and staff training hours were also reviewed. The children were observed participating in a variety of activities on the playground, including; painting, swinging, building with blocks, cooking in the mud kitchen, playing in the sandbox, and exploring.
