Comments:
The inspector conducted an announced renewal inspection from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. There were 12 children in care with two staff supervising at all times. Children were observed finishing snack, completing personal hygiene, playing group game in the gym, and being picked up by their parents. No medications are being administered at this time. Based on record review, a staff person did not have a repeat TB test. Evidence: 1. The inspector reviewed three staff records. One of three (#3) did not have a repeat tb test completed every 2 years. The last one was completed 12/15/2017.
Plan of Correction:
The staff person is scheduling an appointment.
