This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/22/21 and concluded on 10/01/2021. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children present, ages 3 and 4 with three staff supervising. The children were observed during circle time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
