Comments:
The inspection was initiated on May 2, 2023 and concluded May 9, 2023. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from 7 months to age 3, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, physical health of caregivers, caregiver training, physical equipment/ environment, care of children, preventing spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records,1 household member, 1 provider and 1 assistant record were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program
Based on record review and provider interviews, the provider did not ensure the results of the Central Registry Search (CRS) were received by the end of the 30th Day of employment for all providers.
Evidence: The record for Provider #2 did not contain a CRS and thy began working on 2-28-23.
