An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/13/2022 between the hours of approximately 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a. There were 0 children present at the time of inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, background checks, caregiver trainings, fire drill log, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Thank you for your cooperation.
