Arrived 10:05am Departed 11:50 am A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 2/11/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. One violation was found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and is noted on the violation notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Based on a review of documents and an interview with the provider, the facility failed to ensure that lockdown drills are practiced at least annually. Evidence: 1. There is no documentation of a lockdown drill.
