This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using a hybrid model, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an on-site inspection.
A renewal inspection was initiated on February 2, 2022 and concluded on February 4, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and sent requested documentation for review. An on-site inspection was conducted on February 4, 2022 from 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. There were three children present, ranging in ages from three to five years of age, with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records and two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
