Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/11/2023 from 1:08 pm- 2:00 pm. There were 8 children (23 points) supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. The children were observed napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on record review and interview, the provider did not annually review with the parent the emergency contact information to ensure the information was correct and obtain the parent?s signed acknowledgment of the review.
