Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/3/2024 from 10:30 am to 11:12 am. There were 8 children supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver/household member records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed in tabletop activities and engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on record review and interview, the family day home did not keep a written record of children in attendance each day.
