Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 19, 2019 from approximately 3:30 pm to 5:20 pm to review licensing requirements. Two staff were present with twenty-one children. Five children's records were reviewed. Staff training was reviewed for the two staff present.
Based on review, facility did not ensure there is an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence: The most recent fire inspection report available for review is dated April 6, 2017 which is more than a year old.
Plan of Correction:
Site Director will check in the office and get a copy from the principal tomorrow.
