A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/11/19 and 09/16/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 16 children present and 3 staff. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. The vendor had 2 medications, which were reviewed by the inspector. The inspector arrived at the facility at 2:50 PM and departed at 5:15 PM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
