A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 03/27/2024 from 2:00am to 2:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements There were 2 children age 9 years old (2 points) with the Provider. The physical plant, programming, attendance, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 2 children?s records, emergency drills, 2 injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. There were no medications onsite. Children were observed participating watching videos and playing computer games. The Provider had current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and CPR and First Aid training.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
