this inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and concluded on 11/10/2020. The vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspection was completed using a video conferencing application. A sample of 10 children's information and 2 staff records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection .
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with apoplicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
