An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:05 am-10:35 am. There were 7 children directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, singing and celebrating a friends birthday. Diapering potty routines and handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. No violations cited.
