Technical Assistance:
Discussed the 4 floor rugs near the door were starting to wear out and will need to be replaced or removed.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:43am-12:28pm with the provider on site. There were 3 children with 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children's files and 2 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: watching tv while sitting in high chairs, washing hands, eating lunch and laying in a crib. The physical space, attendance records, menu, drill record and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Based on review of household member records, the provider did not obtain the fingerprint results of a household member within 30 days of them turning 18 years old. Evidence: 1. Household Member #1 turned 18 years of age in April 2022 and the provider did not receive the fingerprint results until 8/19/2022

Based on review of household members records, the caregiver did not obtain a current report of tuberculosis screening for each adult household member. Evidence: 1. Household member #1 became an adult April 2022 and the provider had a tuberculosis screening for the member dated 8/19/2022
