A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:40 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with the provider. One staff record was reviewed including staff training and CPR and first aid information. Lockdown drills were recorded. SHSI requirements were reviewed.
