An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today from 9:15am to 10:45am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. One staff record was reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR and was in compliance. There are no children currently enrolled with diagnosed food allergies. The last lockdown drill was documented on 3/819.
