An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 1/10/23 from 10:30am to 11:00am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. One caregiver record was reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and Health & Safety Update training, as well as current certification in First Aid and CPR.
