Comments:
A monitoring Code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/23/2023 and concluded on 10/23/2023. There were four children present with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records and one staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:40 am and concluded at 10:35 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
REPEAT VIOLATION Based on observation and interviews the center failed to has posted the fact that it is exempt from licensure in a visible location on the premises, the qualifications of the personnel employed therein. Evidence: There are no postings at the center disclosing informing the parents that the center is exempt is from licensure and the qualifications of the personnel employed therein.
Plan of Correction:
The new administration will ensure that the letter of exemption and/or the public disclosure statement is posted in the preschool room area.
