A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on May 18, 2022. The program's supervisor was contact by email and submitted remote documents for review. There were no children and staff present at this program due to closure. The inspector review annual inspection documents available for this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
