Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on October 8, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. through 1:40 p.m. There were sixty-four children in the care of twelve staff. No medication is being administered at this time. Seven children and four staff records were reviewed and updated.
Areas observed were: educational center activities, lunch, outside play, hand washing/diapering procedures and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
