Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on December 16, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. There were eighty-two children in the care of twelve staff. No medication is being administered at this time. Eight children and staff records were reviewed and updated along with three Board Officers.
Areas observed were: educational center activities, story-time, free choice activity, outside play, hand washing/bathroom and diapering procedures, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as positive and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.
