A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 29, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 12:08 p.m. through 3:20 p.m. There were thirty-nine children in the care of eight staff. Four children, two staff records and one medication authorization were reviewed and updated. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
