An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/17/2023 from 9:00 am-10:00 am. There were 8 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member record, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed in circle time and engaging freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website.
